Well, It all started out as Sean and Matt in primary school, having been best friends since early childhood, they decided music was for them, and started a band.
Come 1st year in Mount Temple Comprehensive, we were introduced to Ryan, Who also loved music, and we asked him to join the band. Later, we stumbled across Declan, and at that point, we powered through gigs, and recorded 2 EP's. Due to School and Work, Declan just didn't have the time for what we were planning, so we found Alison, who has been a close friend of the band since their gig in the Olympia Theatre.
The band has had many lineup changes, from new bassists,to loss of singers, to guitarist's swapping to bass, but its very clear now, that we are Checkpoint, and we're ready to gig again.
