Ingredients:
Kale chane: 2 cups, soaked and boiled.
Onions: 2 medium
Tomatoes: 2 medium
Potatoes: 1 big
Green chillies (optional): 2
Red chili powder: half teaspoon
Garam masala: half teaspoon
Aamchur (Mango powder): half teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Kichen king (MDH): 3/4 teaspoon
Ginger: 1/4 teaspoon
Kasuri methi: as per taste
Oil: 1 cup
