Charoli Cookies

Description
Ingredients:
100 gms refined flour/maida
50 gms caster sugar
50 gms butter
1 tbsp chironji/charoli powder
1 pinch baking soda
few chironji/charoli seeds, to garnish
Method:
Sift refined flour into a bowl.
Add in sugar, butter, chironji powder and baking
soda. Mix and knead well.
Take out small portion of the dough. Roll it
round to a ball. Place it on a grate, and press a
little to design it. Garnish with chironji seeds.
Repeat to prepare more cookies.
Bake in the oven preheated at 180 degree for 20
minutes.
Charoli Cookies are ready to serve.
