Tired

I'm tired of all the lies,
Tired of all the phony alibis.
Tired of waking up with watery eyes,
and with pillows that are not dry.

For too long I've allowed you to suck all my energy.
I'm striving to be the woman God wants me to be.
I need to get rid of you immediately! ! !

With the strength God gives me, I'll make it through this test.
The little girl inside of me is dying for happiness.

No longer will I settle for less,
My Father told me I deserve the best.

I'll miss your smile and sexy walk,
It's gonna hurt like hell, knowing we can't talk.

My king is somewhere waiting for me.
He'll be everything I need him to be.
Finally, I'll find rest for my bleeding heart.
Tired? Not anymore, and that's the best part.
