Description

Drugs stole my best friend from me
Replaced him with this quivering mess
Why, oh why can he not see?
What he feels is not real happiness
Artificial emotions for an artificial mind
I can’t watch another one die
For once I wish this life would be kind
These tears of mine are running dry
Save his soul, sweet earth take pity
Grant him just once last chance
One drug free night out in the city
Show him that happiness is sober
All you have to do is dance,
Dance until the party’s over.
