They say an argument takes two,
Well so does pretty much everything,
A relationship,
A conversation,
A friendship[,
And what am i supposed to do,
If you don't even try,
I get how it's hard,
I get how you just don't get me,
But i don't get,
Why it seems like I'm the only one trying,
Well I'm trying to,
And apparently failing.
You were the one who I thought could understand,
Who would understand,
But you didn't.
You really really didn't.
You thought it was stupid,
Pathetic.
Well I'm sorry,
So terribly sorry,
For misunderstanding.
For ever thinking it would happen.
I'm sorry it made me cry,
And I'm sorry for ever daring to believe,
That it would stay the same,
That I'd stay on top of your list,
That I'd ever make it, .
So thanks,
For showing me that I couldn't,
I really really couldn't.
