Charles: Why the statutory declaration
Description
Charles Suresh Morais made a statutory declaration on Wednesday and he believes that his brother Richard was approached by persons interested in covering up the murder of their brother Kevin Morais.
Charles claims that Richard was offered an incentive to cremate Kevin's body in a haste to destroy evidence which a second post- mortem may have revealed.
"There is an ulterior motive", says Charles during a press conference on Wednesday. Deputy public prosecutor Kevin Morais was murdered in one of the high-profile murder cases in Malaysia's history in recent years.
