The canvas is empty
Bare and white,
For no one knows
What you shall write.

The color of trees
Or the red of rose,
What ever you do
Is what you have chose.

Each day that passes
You will add something new,
The image on your canvas
Will be things of you.

Sights and sounds plus
Things that you learn,
You will add to your canvas
For all to yearn.

All who will see
The finished piece,
Will stand in awe
Of your masterpiece.
