Description

Words of Wisdom

At Eighty Two
It took me a life time to reach this age of eighty two,
I feel tremendously relieved as my final years approach,
As I worry not of years gone by, the backgrounds of the
The distress and discomforts of things I witnessed I
Cannot change, I set aside.
Life to go on for ever more, A kind of mist hides all my
Visions before all so dark, I could not pierce the darkness as blind to the days gone by, as I could not see the forest for the trees.
Now I see, but my heart tells me nothing the same as
Before, as different variations and applications over takes us all,
I can say no more.
Kind of a mist, shadows fall, but that has lifted, no more distress as we regress stand up tall, at eighty two who knows it all, we egress not much time to recall I shall leave my poetry to be read by all.
I feel tremdously relieved and blessed that I did it my way.
I stand up tall.
