Chaos on the streets of Homs.

Amateur video which can not be independently verified by Reuters shows panic in the aftermath of a suicide attack at a school in a government held area.

Streets are filled with carnage and despair as another suicide bomber detonates -- triggering another wave of terror and panic.

Rights groups say at least 39 civilians are killed -- most of them children.

The attacks come as the U.S. is leading an assault against Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq.

The Syrian conflict is now in its fourth year and has killed more than 191,000 people.
