'Change behaviour, not legislation'

Drink driving is an issue that needs to be tackled creatively in this country. Several measures are being discussed. Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has proposed a zero alcohol level for motorists. But what about more creative ways that really drive the message home - illuminating just how dangerous it is? Driver training organisation, MasterDrive, believes success depends on a change in behaviour and not just legislation.
