Champeak Fruit - Koh Chang, Thailand

Very similar to Jackfruit, but smaller with pockets of fruit inside. The shell is rough and slightly wavy. When you open it with a knife, inside you will find gorgeous yellow orange colors pockets. But first you have to remove the white sticky substance, similar to chewing gum. The easiest way is to remove it with some leafs or plastic bag like the sellers are doing. But if you care about the planet, you should go for the leafs:)
