Challenge #11 Sonic The Hedgehog (First 2 Worlds)

In this challenge I was challenged by Mega to beat the 1st two worlds of Sonic the Hedgehog in 18.5 minutes and to do it without skipping chaos emeralds and I am not allowed to continue. Can I do it?
