Classic Game Room presents a CGR Comics review of BLUE BEETLE: SHELLSHOCKED, collecting BLUE BEETLE #1-6, written by Keith Giffen and John Rogers, and penciled by Cully Hamner, Cynthia Martin, and Duncan Rouleau. The book has a lot of contrived dialogue and sometimes questionable plot elements. The art looks great at times, but not all the time. But, the book was still entertaining. CGR Comics BLUE BEETLE: SHELLSHOCKED review takes a look at the DCAU-ish art style and some stereotyped gaming dialogue.
