CEVA Integrated Sensor-Fusion Demo

Sensor fusion is an emerging requirement in IoT devices today, as product developers seek to provide more contextual awareness for various applications. Being able to interpret and combine multiple types of sensing -- sound, face, & motion -- delivers new levels of integration, accuracy and functionality for a wide range of applications from wearables to connected home appliances.

CEVA offers an optimized solution for incorporating sensor hub functionality into this new generation of products. Based on our CEVA-TeakLite-4 DSP platform, and leveraging software capabilities from a host of ecosystem partners, we deliver the low power and performance needed to efficiently process multiple types of user and environmental inputs.

In this demonstration we'll see how the CEVA-TeakLite-4 DSP is used as a sensor hub for always on voice activation, face activation and motion detection, all operating simultaneously with extremely low power -- less than 0.4 milliwatt for multiple always-on capabilities in a 28-nanometer process.
