HP unveiled the IQ770 TouchSmart PC at CES this year. It's the world's first touchscreen PC using Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system. The system also comes stylus and wireless keyboard and mouse. The specs are impressive as well. Not only can you record live TV on TouchSmart, but can also record and watch HDTV using its over-the-air ATSC HD tuner!
