Centre must answer Parimal Rai's development: AAP

Sidelining one of its principle of fighting graft, the Arvind Kejriwal government has now appointed the tainted Babu Parimal Rai as its Social Welfare Secretary. Rai has been charged of accepting favours in the CWG scam under the Sheila Dikshit government. But, the Arvind Kejriwal government seems to be completely ignoring this fact.
