The pain shut out

She wasn’t normal or REGULAR.
She was herself.
At least most of the time.
Then it took over.
She didn’t notice at first, she thought it was normal.
She thought it was normal.

Wasn’t
Even
Close.

Just get over it
She had thought
She had known
She had had
A normal life
Now
She
Was
Gone.

She dreamt a different life
So she thought
So she thought
Her life in the dream
Was more real then the life it ran for her.
It ran her life
She ran its life.
For it, she knew
She had left
For the dream.
