Celia Keajls - Dream

Lay on the grass, look up at the sky; I see all the clouds, floating by. Eyes closed. I see you. Your smile is soft, your eyes are bright, your lips move. I cannot hear you. I walk. Your lips stop moving and your arms open wide. I run. You embrace me. I look into your eyes and smile. You put your smile on mine. Your kiss is gentle, you take it slow, and our hearts beat as one. “I love you, ” you breathe. I sigh. We stay hanging on in our own little world. I open my eyes, look up at the sky. The sun is setting on a beautiful day. “If only, if only, if only, ” I say. You may not be here but I know I’ll find you. But until then, until god knows when. I can see you in my heart. I can see you in my head. I can Dream.
