Cedar Rapids Flooding 2008

I didn't realize the music would be so loud on the cam. It's a new cam so I am adjusting to it. Please ignore the music, or you could turn the volume down.

Again, nothing here directly on the flooding but the river at this time is almost covering the top of the bridges in downtown Cedar Rapids, thus diverting a lot of traffic as a result of the closed streets and bridges.
