cecelia warner - The First Spring

This is the first spring
since my mom has passed.
Memories of her, especially in the spring,
with ALL it's beauty, will last.
With an array of blooming flowers
and the budding leaves on the trees,
we will hear the gentle songs
sung by the slightest breeze.
My mom always loved
to plant a flower or two.
She had all kinds
that just grew and grew...
She never forgot to water them
because she loved them so much.
It was obvious she took great care
with such a loving touch!
Springtime must have been
her favorite time of year,
she took great care of her 'babies'
with a smile from ear to ear. :)
Spring, without you mom,
will now seem so drab and dreary...
With each flower and another spring,
without you, wil be more teary.

Mom, I love you and miss you more and more.
Happy Mother's Day to a mom that will NEVER be forgotten.
Wish you were still with us! This ache inside over you burns
with a sting too unbareable to handle. I MISS YOU SO MUCH MOMMY! ! !
