In a major decision which is going to affect lakhs of students, the Centre cancelled the CBSE STD X board exams and postponed the STD XII exams on account of the worsening COVID19 pandemic. Union Minister for Education Ramesh Pokhriyal tweeted that the Board Exams for Class 12 which was scheduled to be held from May 4th till June 14th, 2021 has been postponed and will be conducted later.
