"Cauliflower is a vegetable belonging to the species Brassica oleracea and family Brassicaceae. It is an annual plant that reproduces by seed. Cauliflower is nutritious, and may be eaten cooked, raw or pickled. The total time for planting to harvest is 55 to 100 days. Cauliflower needs two months of cool weather to reach harvest stage.
