Cat's Head Was Wrapped In Duct Tape

Nicole from Every Life Matters (ELM Cat Rescue) came across a poor kitten that had its head wrapped in duct tape and left at a clinic nearby. Luckily, Nicole was able to rescue the kitten with the help of her boyfriend. The cat, now named "Lucky," is resting and receiving care. ELM is asking for any information on the identity of the cruel people who did this.
