Cat Rescue Guy Saves Traumatized Kitty From Tree

For the Cat Rescue Guy in Louisiana, the recent flooding and bad weather has resulted in an increase in the amount of cats stuck in trees, with those being the lucky ones. This cat, Hippy, is a cat he’s had to rescue before, and the poor thing seems quite distressed up in the tree.
