Cat Makes a Risky Reach from Railing

Info from Licensor: This video was taken last year in my apartment. The video is of my cat who is always doing some type of parkour or being silly. Her name is Rosemary. She climbed up on the railing as seen, which is the second-floor balcony. I was screaming at her to get down the whole time in fear that she would fall. As expected, she did not listen or give a single damn. I hoped she was smart enough to not fall, and lo and behold, she pulls some dumb stuff and tries to “get” her tail. I don’t think she knew it was her tail. She reached through the bars to get her tail and fell backward onto the desk that is pushed up against the wall. Luckily, Rosemary was unharmed.
