Life today is so damn dull
You can't do anything without a toll
I've got my hands full
With school, maybe I'm a fool
But my teachers aren't cool
And my classmates are all tools
Music is too new
What's a guy to do,
to get some Beatles?
Some old school hippie music
To drown out all the rap
A couple white boys who think they're black
It's all crap
Rappers can't make the words rhyme
They're outta time
Like shakespear writin bout the final frontier
We're so high on drama
Be happy that your mama
Isn't beating you senseless
You can only walk away by hoppin some fences
I ain't talkin in the past tense
I'm just playing the role
And scheming and plotting against
This goddam new age new age dullness
