The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says this Syrian army air strike destroyed a market, killing at least 25 people.
Debris covers the streets, as young men shout for help.
An old man can be seen crying -- he calls to God for help.
Reuters cannot independently verify the video, which was posted on a social media website.
The Observatory says the death toll is likely to increase as dozens more were wounded -- in a war that has already claimed the lives of more than 100,000 people.
