Carmela Kazmier - Emo

I'm depressed,
but you can't see.
It's completely
consumed me.
I pick up the razor
and slowly start to cut
away at the skin
on my arm and my wrist.
The blood falls
to the ground
and I feel the emotions leaving.
the pain draining away slowly
one dropp at a time.
Drop by drop
the pain is leaving.
Drip by drip
the blood is falling
to the ground,
to my knees,
all over me.
I sit in the tub
slicing away
draining the pain
of tomorrow and today.
