: Driving along lake shore drive, as I changed lanes to overtake a car, this clown in a civic, while driving with brights on jumped on my rear. Once he overtook me, he decided to slam his brakes. I had no problem stopping, the car behind me wasn't so lucky. They swung around me and while the car was kinda rocking, ended up sideswiping the car that did the brake check on me. Afterward, both cars went on their way, neither slowed down nor stopped to exchange info.
