CAPYBARA: A VIABLE MEAT OPTION?

Is Capybara a viable meat option? The answer to that question was sought today by a group of researchers attached to the UWI Faculty of Food and Agriculture who put on a Capybara tasting event to get feedback from prospective consumers.
