Spectrum goes on red alert when the Mysterons hijack a transporter carrying a nuclear device and hide it somewhere in the city of London, the same time they announce its destruction. Elsewhere, driver of the transporter is really puzzled when he heard Big Ben strike 13 times. A strange event which has lead Captain Blue to locating the transporter.
