Canva, Google Docs and more | 5 Collaborative Learning Activities

In this video I take a look at some collaborative learning strategies for the ESL / EFL classroom. I show you 5 examples, including Canva, Google Docs, Wakelet, Google Slides and Padlet, of collaborative learning activities that I use. This collaborative learning in the classroom can take place in person or online.

My collaborative learning approach in teaching brings lots of benefits to the classroom. I discuss the benefits to collaborative learning in the classroom as 3-fold. Social, psychological and academic. Each one can brings its own unique benefits to the student and the teacher.

Canva, Google Docs, Wakelet, Google Slides and Padlet are all really easy to get set up with your students and can be a lot of fun. My objective is to ensure that every student has a task and is being productive in class.
