Candy Simpson - Sorry
0 Views • Nov 10, 2014
Description
These tears of pain
It feels like a flood
They sting my face like I’m insane
I’m wearing a mask
Hiding myself
From the present and the past
I sit alone, crying a lot
When I’m out of sight
I’m might as well sit here and rot
But it wouldn’t put a thing right
He’s nothing to do with you
You shouldn’t have had to live like that
I guess you know this too
So why just sit there and let him act like a Pratt
I don’t like what’s happened
Not now not ever
My feelings are flattened
But I guess this would happen whatever
I’m scared to show myself to you
Because I know you won’t like it
But I guess I’m going to have to
Just please don’t quit
