I don’t have any reason
But at least I have a rhyme
I’m losing all control but
You’ll be better off in time
Some say I’m a nice girl
Some say I’m kinda sweet
They will never know that
I’m screaming in my sleep
Sometimes I’m all right
And sometimes I’m fucked up
And no matter what I tell you
You don’t know “what’s up”
I can fool anyone
I can fool you
You can see right through me
But the skeleton’s not true
I am made of bullshit
Everything I am is lies
And still you cannot see it
The truth behind my eyes
To keep you feeling safe
I keep up this façade
I smile and I joke now
When all I do is fade
You think I’m thriving
I know I’m dying
And if it weren’t for this poem
You wouldn’t know I’m lying
But now I’m losing my grip
Afraid you might see me
I never let myself break down
I always stay all seemly
Inside I’m weeping
I’m lying to you with every smile
It’s all an act- I’m fake
You might think it’s cruel but
I do it for your sake
I’ll always have my rhymes
But I won’t tell you my reasons
And as I bullshit all of you
My heart does not change seasons
