Candice Renae Williams - Squirmy

I wrote this for you. It is not very good, but is more emotional than I have been in a long time.

The world wept for me today,
droplets of salty water down my face,
kept falling on my face.
The world wept for her today,
opened up Heavens pearly gates,
and lt loose the tears.
Wash away the pain for her today,
she will not know hurt.
she will be okay.
For the world wept for me today
as I held her all 4 pounds of her in my hands.
The rain washed my tears away
as I held my old friend.
I will always love you.
I watched her life slip away.
Just one prick and then I wanted it to stop but it was too late.
and I was there till the end.

The world wept for me today
to wash away my tears.
