Candice Renae Williams - Reality

I see someone split: one side of beauty,
longing,
hope,
and kindness.
The other side I see the anger,
hopelessness,
regrets,
and pain.
That other side is hidden under part of her hair,
Making this person scared with memories,
tears,
hatred,
and jealousy.

That other side can't face the world,
Showing them what she looks like,
The pain runs too deep,
disfigured,
contorted,
and afraid.
That other side can't let go,
Feeling the image as someone else,
'That person is not me! '
The mirror is lying,
changing,
crying,
and sad.

Both sides are split: Reality.
