Canada grisly murder suspect held

German police say the man wanted in connection with a gruesome murder in Canada was caught here... at an internet cafe in Berlin.

Luka Rocco Magnotta, a porn actor, was apprehended by police as he sat reading articles online about the police hunt for him.

He's wanted for the murder and dismembering of a 32-year-old Chinese man and then posting a video of the crime online. Police found the victim's torso behind Magnotta's apartment last month, and believe he mailed some of the body parts to political party offices in Canada.

Police in Berlin say they are holding Magnotta while they await instructions on whether he will be extradited back to Canada.

They say Magnotta made no resistance, and that he said he would not object being sent back to Canada.
