Impasse in Maharashtra over government formation may finally end on Tuesday (Oct 28) as Home Minister Rajnath Singh is set to arrive in Mumbai to choose the Chief Minister. It remains to be seen if the Shiv Sena and BJP can work out a formula to form the government in the state.
