Cambridge vice-chancellor 'devastated' after attack deaths

Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge Professor Stephen Toope has paid tribute to former students Jack Merritt and another unnamed female victim of the London Bridge attack. The attacker, Usman Khan, was on licence and wearing an electronic monitoring tag when he attended a conference on prisoner rehabilitation hosted by Cambridge University scheme Learning Together at Fishmongers' Hall near London Bridge.
