Sheet after sheet of arachnid art cover my coffee table.
I glimpse fleeting moments in spider time.
You give complete attention to cribellum and spinnerets.
Hair, humps, and spines are beautiful to you.

You're beautiful to me
because you bridge the distance
caught in a web of your own choosing.
