CAG mines out defects
Description
The government auditor, the CAG has cited discrepencies in the latest coal auctions. A report from the Comptroller and auditor general of India has alleged that the Moitra coking coal block was undervalued by over a thousand crores. Government sources however have downplayed the allegations. Gaurang Sinha and Shivangi Acharya with the detailed report.
