MONTREAL, QC - Award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Cafeïne will release his latest album New Love (Indica Records) in Australia in mid 2014. Recorded and mixed by producer Gus Van Go (The Stills, Priestess, The Trews, Rah Rah), the ten-track album displays Cafeïne's keen sense of melody and musical arrangement.

Cafeïne opens up his heart both musically and personally on New Love, showcasing Brit punk, pop and new wave influences. Raw, eclectic and without compromise, the songs reflect his personal journey of heartbreak, forgiveness, disappointment and unexpected satisfaction. A gifted musician, Cafeïne played all of the instruments recorded on the album including guitar, drums and keyboard.

Over the course of his career, Cafeïne has headlined many festivals and events including Montreal en lumière, Osheaga (2007, 2013), main stage at Festival d'éte de Québec, NXNE (2000, 2009, 2013) with the Black Lips and Canadian Music Week (2013, 2014).
