Cabbage Chicken

We all know Cabbage is a healthy vegetable, this is now a new replacement to onion. In this video I have used Cabbage as a replacement to Onion. It tastes as good if not better than with onion. You will not know the taste if cabbage in this recepie, even those who hate cabbage will love this recepie.

Ingredients

Chicken- 1/2 kg
Sliced cabbage- 2 cups
Chopped ginger-1 tbsp
Chopped garlic- 2tbsp
Green chilly-2
Curry leaves- few
Tomato- 2
Coconut oil- 4 tbsp
For Gram masala:-
Cinnamon -1 medium size
Pepper-1 tsp
Cardamom- 3
Cloves - 3-4
Fennel seeds-1/4 tsp
For masala paste:-
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
water- 1/2 cup
