Under this concept, instead of calculating how much of the value generated by the business is for the owners of business, this concept, aims at ascertaining profits attributable to the following six groups of stakeholders : -
· Employees;
· Director ;
· Government taxes ;
· Long term finance providers ;
· Shareholders;
· Entity.
