It begins..
Waking with a heart beat I can hear,
I’m alive.
I know what today shall be.
I know I’ll have choices.
My brain will sing, my brain will cry.
I look to awaken my soul
I look to the creator, I smile
I ask, I give, I speak, I hear
I can do it today.
From dirt to dirt, came, and is going my body
No face, no look, no judging.
In the eyes are truths.
I’m alive.
I can see, I can do.
It’s so good to feel again.
