holding her in the afterglow
where words were
never really needed,
he was fond of whispering
that it was all her

then he would smile and add
that he merely
followed her lead

if only heaven would allow her
one wish,
one clear and stunning wish,
she would use that wish
to trade places
just one time
when they made love

then she could know
what it feels like
to be him
and he could experience
in that one time
the joy it was to be her

and he would see, first hand,
why she always answered
that it was all him
