BYD SEAL U Preview

The BYD SEAL is joined at the Munich show by the BYD SEAL U, a comfortable, spacious and practical vehicle, which makes its European debut with the U for “Utility” that qualifies it for any task. The BYD SEAL U is BYD's latest 100% electric SUV for the D segment, a model capable of offering versatility and exceptional value in addition to high standard equipment. The BYD SEAL U combines an elegant design inspired by the Ocean Aesthetics design language, with high levels of safety, comfort and utility. The BYD SEAL U has a 5-passenger configuration with generous cargo capacity, making it a practical and spacious option.

The BYD SEAL U is available with two trim levels. The “Comfort” version has the Blade Battery with a capacity of 71.8 kW that allows it to offer a range of 420 km in the combined cycle, while the “Design” version offers the Blade Battery with a capacity of 87 kWh, with those that reach a range of more than 500 km in the combined cycle. With complete standard equipment and BYD's most innovative technologies, the BYD SEAL U represents exceptional value in the category of 100% electric SUVs in the D segment. The BYD SEAL U will be launched in the European market in the first quarter of 2024.

All BYD models come as standard with a 6-year full warranty and 8-year coverage for the battery and electric motors.
