Butter Pastry for Pie

Follow this easy recipe for some great pie pastry (pie dough) made with butter.

ingredients (for a one crust pie):
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled Lactantia unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
