Busting Unions to undermine workers rights

In the wake of neo liberalism policies, never has been a time that the deck is staked against the workers rights as it is now in Malaysia. With the power, influence and a strong anti union stance taken by by the Multi National Corporations and Government Linked Companied, trade union is being constantly pressured and cornered into an unfair fight.

Trade liberalization, unfavorable labour legislations, weakened collective bargaining and foreign were some factor leading to the decline of trade union and eroding workers rights.

Faced with all this tremendous odds, now trade unions are facing a bigger adversity in the name of Union Busting.
